From the balcony you will see breath-taking sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf throughout the winter season, sunsets over the Santa Rosa Sound in summer, and rolling dolphin all year round. The third bedroom has a nice Sound view.
10 people can dine comfortably at the large table and bar height counter, or take your meals on the large balcony. Enjoy cooking in the well equipped kitchen.
Two centrally located elevators will whisk you down to the exercise room, community room, heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, and barbecue grills, all of which are available for your use. And of course, the main attraction: The famous sugar white sands of Navarre Beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico!!

Bell Mer has a private, gated Trex dune walkover (no splinters here!) that takes you directly to the beach. Large beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
Directly across the street is the bike/walking trail that runs the length of the island, so you can easily explore the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach State Park. You can bike to Pensacola Beach, Fort Pickens, and downtown Pensacola. Bike or walk the beach to the Navarre Beach Pier, the longest fishing pier in the entire Gulf of Mexico. Bikes, jet skis, kayaks, and scooters are available for rent nearby. Fish the Gulf or the Sound, go kayaking, canoeing, parasailing, or tubing, play some golf.
