Located in the Las Palmas complex, this condo is ground level with no stairs and is conveniently located in the first building as you enter the complex. Two bedrooms have doors leading to the patio which is equipped with table, chairs and BBQ grill. Children's splash pad and pools are in view from the patio and are steps away to enjoy.
This unit has an open floor plan with room for 6 at the dining room table and 4 stools at the island. Living room includes a 55" smart TV with cable.
Kitchen is equipped with pots, frying pans, dishes, utensils, glasses, cups, children's dishes, coffee maker, crock pot, cookie sheets, stock pot, blender, waffle iron, beaters, toaster and electric griddle.
We supply dish soap (hand and dishwasher), laundry soap, small shampoo and hand soaps, paper towels and toilet paper as well as dish towels, bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, washcloths and blow dryer. A pack and play and booster seat are also available.

There is plenty to do here at Las Palmas, including an indoor pool, hot tubs, several outdoor pools, water slides, splash pad, playgrounds, pickleball, basketball and gym. The HUB, located directly behind this unit, has munchies, soft drinks, and water toys for purchase.
