Our condo is on the second level and as close to the ocean as a 1 bedroom can get. The views look all the way down Sandy Beach and to the Old Port. No need to take the elevator as its just one flight of stairs.
This privately owned condo in Phase 1 is very well kept and decorated with a beach theme. Features a new pillow top king size bed and high quality linens. Enjoy time in the well stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, bar seating and a reverse osmosis water filtration system. The bathroom has a standup glass shower with floor to ceiling travertine walls throughout.
You will get all of the Phase 2 finishes with the Phase 1 views. They are the best in the entire resort.

Summary: We stayed at this condo in Las Palomas Resort for 6 days and had a great experience! The room was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. We loved that it was on the second floor—no need to use the elevator—and it still offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool right in front of us. My husband, our two teens, and I enjoyed every moment, especially the pool and easy beach access. We would definitely book this condo again!
