Positive: We had a wonderful stay on one of the most beautiful villas we have ever stayed in. It was set in the centre of Gilli Air so about a twenty minute walk from the Port. We were met by Bur who was a lovely friendly host and was so responsive to anything we needed ( this included locating some expensive lost sunglasses and shipping them on to us at our new Bali address - this was outstanding customer service ). The facilities were amazing from the pool area and it’s outside kitchen ,to the beautiful bedrooms and en suite and quality touches like varied and timely delivery of breakfast , mosquito insence every night and the bikes for use for us to travel around . The location was perfect to walk to the sunset bars , go swimming with turtles and we also enjoyed a cookery class . Gilli Air was a wonderful experience made because of staying in this stunning villa and Bur and the great team of friendly staff - highly recommended . Thank you
