This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in Laurel Court, which is situated on the Kingston Plantation's largest freshwater lake and offers a screened porch with rockers to enjoy the stunning view! Kingston Plantation offers 145 acres of beautifully landscaped areas, including walking paths, several restaurants, swimming pools and lounges - all just a short distance to the beach!
Laurel Court 215 is located on the 2nd floor, but has easy elevator access making it handicap accessible! Our place comfortably sleeps 4 guests! The master bedroom has a queen bed and large bay windows overlooking the gorgeous Arrowhead Lake. Other features of the master bedroom include a walk in closet, flat screen TV and attached full bathroom for your convenience! The second bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen tv and access to the second full bathroom.
The condo also offers a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove/oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, silverware, cooking utensils and other necessities all for your use! The kitchen overlooks the dining area which seats 4 but extra chairs are available and 2 bar stools are also included at the kitchen bar area. The living area includes a flat screen TV and access to the private balcony overlooking the lake! Other condo features include a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board!
