This 3-level Lincoln Park home located in between North Ave and Armitage Ave offers all you will need plus more when visiting Chicago. The location and neighborhood are hard to beat when it comes to safety and reputation:

Not only are we wiping down all the surfaces as we typically do, but we are utilizing ozone machines, making sure that all door handles, towel bars, and other surfaces like remote controls are also being fully cleaned and sanitized between stays.

-Living/dining area and master en-suite each have 55” SMART TV w/ cable provided through YouTube TV. SMART TV through Fire Stick also in bottom bedroom!
-Dining room table can be converted into work-friendly space.
-Walk-out patio has a relaxing space with outdoor furniture
-New washer/dryer, and new Hardwood floors through out. In between Armitage and North Ave. It is a truly unbeatable Lincoln Park location.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day. Lincoln Park is considered Chicago's safest neighborhood with many family homes.
Q: PARKING?
A: The attached 1.5 car garage is a huge bonus to this property. In addition, there are also always open parking spots right outside the front on the street where we provide zone parking stickers. Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus!
Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things.
Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in.
Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.
Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this.
Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: The queen bedroom and bath are on the main level after walking in the front door or garage so bringing in luggage should be easier than most. However, there are stairs throughout the home (main living/kitchen/dining is up a flight of carpeted stairs once entering and the upper-level master en-suite bedroom/walk-out/laundry is up another set of carpeted stairs). If it’s challenging walking up and down stairs, this may not be the best place for you.
There are CTA tracks behind. This home has no windows on that side where when the train passes, it’s NOT loud, but you do hear it if paying attention. We also have every sleeping space equipped with quality white-noise makers that null out any noise while trying to sleep. We think you will find it to be very minor the noise from the train, but we do have to note this. If you’re a very sensitive sleeper and need it absolutely dead silent, this may not be the place for you.
This is considered a single-family home, but shared walls with quiet neighbors on each side.

GETTING AROUND: No more than a 5 minute walk to North/Clybourn Red-line stop (0.2 miles) (CTA L) which will take you to all downtown attractions in 5-10 minutes and also no more than 10 minute walk to Armitage Brown-line stop (0.4 miles). Each station is very safe and surrounded by high-end retail. Red line will be your quickest option for getting to Michigan Ave (Magnificent Mile) in just a couple of stops and to the loop in a couple stops after that:)
The most convenient public transportation is Uber or Lyft. If you want to explore Lincoln Park/Old Town, you have many places walking distance. Taxi's are also always available as another means of transportation. We think you'll find that plenty of activities are right outside your doorstep and accessible by foot :)

Summary: The location of this home was perfect for us. Lincoln Park has a great family friendly vibe and is still a close ride or drive to all of the fun that Chicago has to offer. Tons of grocery stores were close along with restaurants and shops. The house was exactly as pictured. The beds were super comfy. We appreciated the shampoo, laundry detergent, and hair dryer that were supplied because I had forgotten those. The hosts were super responsive to our questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
