This large log cabin can comfortably accommodate your whole family and is perfect for family reunions! Located in Torreon within a couple miles of several lakes, Sunrise Ski Resort, and incredible hiking trails. Surround yourself in nature while still being only minutes away from grocery stores, local shopping and restaurants. Also, close to several great parks.
This lovely, large log home is located in the heart of the Torreon luxury resort. It has all the upgrades you need to have a fabulous summer getaway in 80 degree weather or access to the Sunrise Ski resort for a day of fun in the snow!
Nestled in the Ponderosa pines at 6,500 ft elevation, there is always a cool breeze on the covered deck overlooking the golf course (private). An outdoor fireplace, grill area, media room with seating for everyone.
We provide everything for up to 16 people to have a comfortable stay: linens, pool towels, soaps, propane for the BBQ...

per night is added at booking for bookings of more than 12 guests. If you show up with more guests than disclosed you will be charged $50/guest per night.
Enjoy playing games with the family, watch movies, or relax in the hot tub outside.
The extra large covered patio is a lovely place to sit back and enjoy nature. There is a wood burning fireplace on the patio. We do not provide wood.
Update: Sadly, the patio fireplace is out of order at this time. We are waiting on parts and will remove this note as soon as it is fixed.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything from spices to appliances and utensils. There is also a grill on the kitchen patio.
Sleeping configuration is:
-Main floor King bed next to half bath. Full bath is in the laundry room.
-Lower level: 3 full over full bunk beds open to the Media Room. Full bathroom with shower and double sinks.
-Upstairs:
Spacious Master bedroom (king) with large desk and chair. Master bathroom has double sinks, jetted tub and steam shower (like a sauna)

Both the Guest and the large bedroom can use the full bath at the end of the hall (tub/shower).
There are 60" smartTV's in every bedroom and the loft. A 75 " TV covers the media room wall downstairs.
Strong WiFi signal throughout the house.

Lots of room for everyone and SO much to do! Just pack your bag with clothes and toiletries and head on up to the mountain to a fabulous vacation!
Things to consider and be aware of:
NO PARTIES ALLOWED. There are cameras on the exterior of the property to monitor comings and goings. Torreon also has a security patrol that will respond to parties or any community violations.
This home does not transfer social amenities to its renters. Maximum number of consecutive nights: 21
Absolutely NO ANIMALS ALLOWED. There are NO EXCEPTIONS (including Service Animals). Owner is highly allergic and animals pose a hazard to the owner, therefore according to AZ Revised statute 11-1024 we reserve the right to deny access to any guest with an animal and will not refund the booking.
Extra guest fee of $25/guest (per night) is added at booking for bookings of more than 12 guests. If you show up with more guests than disclosed you will be charged $50/guest per night.
There is a $40 fee to use the hot tub. This fee covers the cost of having it cleaned between renters. If you do not want to use the hot tub, you will be refunded the $40 upon check out.
At this time the out door fireplace is not operational. We are in the process of finding a solution, but at this time it is a fire hazard and therefore, unavailable for guest use.
