Positive: The staff was excellent and exceptionally friendly. They always responded quickly, courteously, and were happy to help with any request. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. It appears that the property is managed by a company on behalf of the owner, and the communication and service were handled very professionally. .
Negative: First of all, the sofa bed was far too worn out to sleep on comfortably. As a result, our son ended up sleeping on our camping mattress. Secondly, the bedding provided was much too warm for a hot summer night. Unfortunately, the dishes were not properly cleaned and were quite dirty upon arrival. In addition, some of the house rules felt rather strict considering the price paid. For example, guests are required to take their rubbish with them and strip the beds before departure.
Summary: The location and the staff were a 5/5 the rest is okay
