Positive: Location excellent, easy walking distance to town and local walks. Flat was basic and small but had everything you would need.
Negative: Very poor communication from host so we were worried we wouldn't be able to get in! No response to message/email in days before and no response to a phone call until half an hour before we arrived! When they did answer they told us to ring when we arrived so we expected them to greet us but actually had to sit outside waiting for them to text the info about the key safe. No windows in second bedroom. Parking was difficult when we went (car park and street parking outside but v busy in August time). No toilet roll (despite this being listed on booking.com). Weird message before arrival (inviting questions and arranging check in which they never then responded to) suggesting they didn't do any cleaning although was pretty clean we arrived.
Summary: Functional and excellent location but poor host communication
