We are delighted to share that we have been named the winner of the 2021 Best of Kailua Awards in the category of Vacation Rentals.
We have an amazing location under a 1 minute walk to Kailua Beach Park! Our villa is tucked away on a private beach lane, offering a beautiful shared pool, hot tub, and lush Hawaiian gardens. Inside, you'll find air conditioning in every room and free WiFi. For your convenience, we provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll also have shared access to a washer/dryer with laundry supplies, a gas BBQ, bikes, boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, mats, and towels for outdoor fun. Please note that there is a spiral staircase in the unit. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and you'll need to pass through one bedroom to reach the other. However, each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
The highlight of our villa is its unbeatable location just a short 1-2 minute walk down a private beach lane to Kailua Beach Park, recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The calm waters, thanks to the coral reef just half a mile offshore, make it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking.

Summary: This property was exactly what we were looking for….cozy - convenient- clean. The master bedroom was much larger than photos showed which was nice. It was a little inconvenient to have to walk through the second bedroom to get to it but the doors maintain privacy. Bathrooms for each bedroom was nice. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, dishes, and a condiments and a necessary coffee pot. The main thing we loved was a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach and the beach accessories ! The location avoids the massive traffic in Honolulu so that was wonderful going to the North Shore. We loved our stay here and recommend it 100%
