Beautifully appointed, large family home with high ceilings, lots of windows, and a sun room reading area with a wet bar. Children's wing has a bunk bed and a bathroom on the ground floor, and a loft with three single beds, games, and books. The adult wing has a master bedroom right on the lagoon with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. There are also two queen bedrooms which share a bath. The ample living room has a big TV and great views of wildlife on the Bolinas lagoon. The kitchen area has views to Mt. Tam and a wood burning stove. There is a protected deck lagoon side deck with a hot tub, gas grill, 2 kayaks, a canoe, and a stand-up paddle board. No Pets Allowed. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 3 Singles, 1 Single bunk bed Note: All online Bookings are subject to owner approval. 7 night minimum during the Summer. 2 night minimum the rest of the year, excluding holidays.
