There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied.
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be applied after 7:00 PM.
