Positive: We love this home. It was extremely clean, the rental management company was extremely responsive and it had everything a family could need to cook with. We liked the quietness of the neighborhood and all of the fun extras below the house like connect four, beach toys and chairs, and more.
Negative: It didn’t impact us the majority of the time because we had cooler weather but on our last day it was quite warm and the air conditioning did not seem to be working. We also preferred the beach near the science center and shops a little more. Lastly, there isn’t much storage for clothing, no dressers just some shelves so plan accordingly. Could have also used a vacuum.
Summary: Great place to stay with very responsive hosts.
