Once you drive down the tree-lined driveway, the hustle and bustle of the road fades away. The pine trees that line the path are a favorite of our children, who fondly call them our “personal Christmas trees.” This leads you to our sheds, where we care for 10 sheep that help keep the grass in check and keep you company.

The Space:
Little Haven Cottage 1 is located in peaceful Balliang, just 17 minutes from the adventure-filled You Yangs Regional Park and only an hour from Melbourne. Two cozy tiny homes sit on opposite ends of the property, offering plenty of space to spread out.
Enjoy a peaceful retreat with beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and visits from kangaroos, rabbits, and native birds. For more exploration, visit nearby spots like Werribee Gorge and Serendip Sanctuary Park.
This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our property is best suited for older children, teenagers, and adults, as the tiny home is on farmland with livestock. Although snakes are rarely seen, they may occasionally be present.
