A typical and indipendent apartment in an old courtyard of the historical center.
It consists of a kitchen fully equipped for cooking, bathroom with big shower, spacious bedroom and a terrace to have breakfast or dinner with the view of the bell tower of the Cathedral.
The house is equipped with all the essentials: bed linen (sheets, towels),hair drier, air conditioning, TV, Internet Wi Fi. There is a queen-sized bed and there are also a sofa couch. The house is divided in 3 floors. The first floor can be reached by an alternating staircase.
We rent it minimum for 2 people so 1 person or 2 people pay the same price. In case of 2 guests the second bed is on request and with additional cost (10 euros).

The apartment is located in the city center, a walking distance from the main attractions of the city, just few steps away from the Catedral and the Basilica and five minutes by walking from the Castel and from the pedestrian area of the city.
This part of the city offers a lot of typical restaurants, street food, cafes and bars.

Summary: Clean and unique. Great location. We especially like the “Nonna security” at all times. Safe neighbourhood. We enjoyed the sunset on the rooftop deck every day. The recommended restaurant right up the street from the VRBO was so great we went twice. We were in walking distance to everything. A great base for day trips
