Apartment Overview: - 1 bedroom flat with sofa beds in the living room - 70 square meters, comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests - Full kitchen, washing/drying machine, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi - 3rd floor apartment with an elevator - Located near many popular Paris attractions – just minutes to the beautiful Parc Monceau, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées! - Nearest Metro: Courcelles (Line 2) About the apartment: This spacious 70 sqm Parisian vacation rental is located on the third floor of a secure residential building with an elevator. It features hardwood flooring throughout and receives lots of natural night. The living area looks out over the street while the bedroom is courtyard facing to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, which can be pulled out to create the second sleeping area for two more guests (additional linens are provided for this bed). There are armchairs, a coffee table, is a large flat screen TV with local channels, as well as a free Wi-Fi Internet connection. There is a dining table and chairs for four, should you feel like dining in one evening instead of going out to one of Paris’s best restaurants. There is a second sofa bed opposite the dining table to sleep 1 extra guest. The kitchen communicates to the living area via a large window and breakfast bar. It comes fully equipped with a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, teakettle, drip coffee machine and more. All the utensils, plates, crockery and cutlery you could need are provided so you can prepare a meal at home. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps and plenty of storage space for all of your belongings. All bedding and linens are provided, and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. The en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a combination bathtub/shower, sink and hair dryer. On arrival, complimentary toilet rolls, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxury bath towels are also provided for each guest. The toilet is located in a separate water closet, accessible via the hallway, where you’ll also find clothes washing/drying machine, so you may pack lightly and save room in your luggage for some special Parisian souvenirs. An iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. The flat is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. If you prefer to reach your destinations a little faster, just steps from the apartment’s front door is the George V Métro station on Line 1. The Métro Line 1 is the main transport route between East-West Paris and will allow you to easily access many other top Paris attractions, such as the Marais district, the Centre Pompidou the Musée du Louvre, Notre Dame, Saint Germain and many more. The Line 1 will also allow for quick transfers to the central RER stations that give you links to the Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports. Important Information and Policies - Cancellation. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM. - Checkout is by 10:00AM. - Final cleaning fee: 80 € - Damage Deposit. Fully refundable deposit of 800 € will be collected on your credit card before or during the check-in. - Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking. - Pets. Unfortunately, furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes. - Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 5 people. - Minimum age. The main booker must be 27 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. *A valid credit card must be provided at the check-in for a pre-authorization of the damage deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after the checkout, provided no damage is caused to the flat. Late check-in: In the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM there will be a 30 € late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 9:00PM and 11:00PM the check-in fee will be 50 €. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee will be 80 €. After 1:00AM there will be a 100��� check-in fee.*
