Centrally located right off of 280, the condo is nestled less than 10 miles from the heart of Alexander City and is a quick, 45 minute drive to Auburn University. Lake Martin’s popular activities such as Peanut Point, Chuck’s pizza, Chimney Rock, and Goat Island are all just a boat ride away!
Guests can take advantage of the private boat slip with on-site boat launch or hang out by the newly installed pools. There are grills and picnic tables on site as well as a newly renovated play area for the kids!
This is a private, 3 bed/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor for easy access to parking. It features a full kitchen plus a keurig so you can enjoy a lakefront sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee! The bedrooms are made up of 1 king sized bed, 1 queen sized bed, and a bunk bed. The bathrooms include shower/tub combos. All TVs have on-demand streaming services available through the condos guest wifi.
