The Space:
'Luka' is one of only 9 architecturally designed units, the property boasts the size and features of a house with an enormous open plan living/dining area and four balconies taking in captivating views in every direction.
The location is enviable with direct beach access to crystal clear rock pools, white beaches and a 'locals' surfboarding spot. If you like to walk, follow the coast track to Coolum, where you might see Loggerhead Turtles, Osprey, Black Cockatoos, Dolphins and Whales.
The apartment features extensive glass bi-fold doors throughout that accentuate the casual beachside ambience. Embracing indoor-outdoor living perfectly.
The kitchen is an entertainers delight equipped with high end appliances, gas cooktop, french door fridge and coffee machine. You will have everything you need for a short or extended stay.
All three bed rooms are located on the lower level. The generous master bedroom and bathroom with king bed and private balcony offers views down the coast line.
The second and third bedroom enjoy large glass bi-fold doors to the pool terrace. One with a king size bed and the other two king singles that can be joined to create a king bed (please advise on configuration when booking)
