Welcome to this wonderful newly built townhouse one block from the sea in Can Picafort. It sleeps 6 guests.
Without a doubt, what stands out the most about this wonderful house are the outdoor areas. You can relax on the sofas of the main floor at sunset. The back offers a comfy patio where you can have lunch or dinner with more privacy. And the top floor has a wonderful terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy the blue of the Mediterranean Sea.
The newly built house is divided into 4 levels. The main floor stands out for its open, modern and comfortable concept. The staircase to the upper floors separates the living area - with TV-sat, sea views and exit to the front terrace - from the kitchen diner - with induction hob and exit to the backyard. On this floor there is also a toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed. A bathroom with bathtub completes the floor. On the first floor we have the master bedroom with double bed, exit to the private terrace and en suite bathroom with shower. On level -1 we have the laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair are available on request.

The area offers all the necessary services for your holidays and you will also find a wide gastronomic offer.
