Perfect place for a getaway or long stays, this home sleeps 5-6 guests comfortably. All the comforts of home with a private pool, bike trail and gym onsite. With so much to do in the area, you won't want your stay here to end! Unit as well has accessible features with no steps access and amenities. Electric car charging ports and dog park!We also have a lovely running trail around this community.
There is a king bed in the master and a trundle bed in the study with two twins memory foam mattress. We can also provide a twin rollaway bed for living room if needed which is usually in the master closet. All beds have premium foam memory mattress with medium firm. Only premium cooking tools and stainless steel provided. 65" smart Tv in living room. For pet stays we provide a bed and bowls. Smart Tvs in every room and some apps like prime provided with login already.
This area is a short drive from DFW airport and also less than five minutes from Lake park where you can pay to access the lake dock area or park for free on the local roads where people swim for free lakeside, there are also jetski or boat companies close you can utilize on getmyboat.com. We are on a main street with many local eateries and stores. We are also a 15-20 minute drive from the Frisco area and all of the entertainment options like Andrettis race cars, Grandscape and the new PGA entertainment area...
