Lovely days begin by waking up at this luxe, top-floor condo with a view of the Atlantic Ocean in Sandbridge. With three bedrooms on the first floor and an expansive loft on the upper level, this condo easily accommodates your family and friends.
The condo was recently refreshed and redecorated with a balance of modern, clean, and beachy design. Rich wood tones combine with a light and airy feel, while large windows and southern exposure provide fantastic views of the ocean, the town, and Back Bay.
The kitchen includes plenty of storage in dark cherry cabinets, black granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Start your morning with a hot cup of coffee, courtesy of the Keurig. The kitchen opens to the dining area, with plenty of seating for everyone at the table. The living room has a leather-accent sectional, a flatscreen TV, and access to the deck and outdoor table for al fresco dining.
The primary suite features a double vanity, a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and access to the large balcony - the perfect place for morning coffee and watching dolphins and pelicans. There are two additional bedrooms on the first floor and a full hallway bathroom with gorgeous custom tile work in the walk-in shower. The upper-level loft is a great combination of a gathering area and an extra sleeping space, offering bunks, a flatscreen TV, and a third full bathroom.
On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators.
Use the storage unit in the garage to keep your chairs and beach supplies conveniently stowed during your stay. Pop down to the Sandbridge Market just across the street to grab all you need to cook, and walk over to Ben and Jerry’s or Sugar Shack for an ice cream cone after dinner.
