The base house price is based on 4 guests sharing 2 rooms, otherwise extra guests fee applies.

There is an extra $40 for each extra guest per night, if more than 4 guests.
Our space can accommodate up to 9 guests with extra bedding and linen provided. Extra bedding for extra guests would be one single bed and two sofa double beds.

No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No parties or antisocial behaviour.

We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
