Summary: The home is spacious with high ceilings and a nice pool. It is enough for 4 couples or 2 couples with kids. The host responds very quickly. Lots of games available for everyone, but I won't call it a 'luxury' house. It has a very effective air conditioner. Here's what we experienced and have suggestions for the future: 1. Kitchen needs an electric kettle 2. Kitchen sink needs a garbage disposer 3.Kitchen needs more glassware instead of plastic ware 4. Bathrooms have no vents, so they definitely need to have air freshners available 6. Home needs pest control, there was a roach in one and spider in a 2nd bedroom Location is closer to the sound but near enough to the beach. Very close access to the grocery store and Belk. Overall a decent stay.
