All spacious bedrooms with separate en suite bathrooms! Full kitchen and lots of outdoor seating to enjoy Costa Rican wildlife! A private outdoor gym, complete with boxing bag, stationary equipment, weights and a licensed personal trainer for an additional fee. Private tennis lessons available as well. Availability to join pickleball games at no cost. Pool is very private and back yard looks out on the golf course! Howler monkeys and macaws in your backyard! Peaceful area to enjoy nature... Good quality fire wood brick oven pizza on the beach of Los Delfines. Several restaurants a few minutes away. Gated community with 24 hour security guards. Owner is close by. Summary: We loved everything about this property. It is private, quiet yet close enough to walk to the beach and the rancho bar. The whole area is flat so easy to manage if you have a stroller or if you are elderly. There is a full age range of people in this community which was super fun for nights at the rancho. I highly recommend this property. The owner was very responsive and organized. A fantastic vacation!
