Outside pool shower, quality barbeque and spacious Terraces. Table tennis and plenty of space for 10 sunlounges. 55 inch' plasma smart tv wall mounted in upstairs and downstairs lounges. American style fridge and range cooker, juicer/blender/ice bucket stand. Separate larder fridge downstairs. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and upstairs lounge, central heating throughout and real log fire feature. Large open Naya giving views over the pool and beautiful views of the sea and boats. Well established gardens around the plot including palm and pine trees which give that all important peace, tranquillity and privacy. Very quiet road. All quality white sheets and towels provided and beach towels. Welcome pack on arrival.

Summary: We have just returned from an amazing stay at this stunning villa. We were a party of 10 and there was plenty of room inside and outside. The villa is well equipped and has everything you can think of. The pool was fabulous and the kids had so much fun! Our favourite part was relaxing on the cozy veranda looking out to the stunning view of the sea. The villa is located in a small little beach resort called El Portet. This is a short walk from the villa down a steep hill, which can be quite a hike back up on a hot day! There’s a couple of lovely restaurants, including our favourite ’La Casita’ in El Portet. There’s only one little shop, but they do sell the best croissants. The nearest supermarket is a drive away. The beautiful resort of Moraira is about a 30min walk from the Villa and has plenty to offer. There are taxi’s, but they’re not always reliable as there’s only a handful of them. Denise was great with all the communication and was always happy to help. Overall we had the most amazing and relaxing time. Thank you!
