Coconut House consists of two properties on a beautiful half-acre plot in a quiet gated lane. We have a superb staff of three who will look after your every need; you get five-star service in a private home, with all your meals cooked by a hotel-trained chef and a free daily maid and laundry service.
We have 3 bedrooms in the two-storey main house, including a huge kingsize bedroom upstairs with en suite bathroom; this can easily be shared with children, if required, as there are two double beds. There is also a private balcony. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. There is very large terrace for communal eating and relaxing.
There are three double bedrooms in the two-storey guest house, two upstairs and one downstairs, with en suite bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. There is also a day room downstairs with a sofa bed and an additional sitting room upstairs. There is an external staircase connecting the two floors.
There is a large swimming pool to enjoy and plenty of space around it for sunbathing on the loungers; there is also a covered area with a table for those who prefer to stay in the shade. The pool is looked after and cleaned daily by our gardener, Ali,
Free wifi, all your cooking and cleaning is included in the price - you just choose your meals and pay for the ingredients. We have a night watchman at the house and an alarm system, but have never experienced any problems in the nine years we have owned the house and have stayed there.
To get to the breathtaking white sand beach, you walk to the end of the lane, cross the road and take the beach path. It's a very gentle 7/10-minute stroll.
Restaurants and shops are within easy reach either by tuk-tuk or taxi - or we have beach restaurants within walking distance.
We can occasionally rent out the smaller house for small groups at a reduced rate. please contact us for details.
