The beautiful entry on the main level opens to the great room with gas fireplace and TV, large gourmet kitchen, and massive quartz island with seating for 11. The main level great room and kitchen have extra large sliding windows and a huge deck for an incredible setting overlooking the water and towering mountains.
All furnishings are upscale, modern, comfortable, and a mix of leather, wood, marble, and boucle fabrics.
Dual master bedrooms upstairs (King and CalKing), each with its own ensuite bathroom, also have sliding glass doors and walkout decks overlooking the lake. You will appreciate the privacy on the three-level deck where no one is behind you, only the mountains perched on the shores. The third bedroom upstairs has two sets of bunk beds (with trundle beds) with sleeping for 6 and an ensuite bathroom.
The basement offers two additional bedrooms (Cal King and Queen beds), full bath, a full kitchen and great room with gas fireplace, TV and patio. Kitchen seating downstairs overlooks the lake as well.
With large windows in every room, imagine watching your family jet ski while you make dinner! This modern home also has a drinking fountain, mudroom, laundry, and attached garage. Extra insulated floors and walls keep this cozy retreat serene and peaceful. Apx 3600 sq feet.
