Luxury Villa My Dream is situated on the island of Brac, in the Puntinak area, which offers a beautiful panoramic view of Sumartin and Selca. It is located only 2 m from the sea in a quiet bay, surrounded by greenery and a forest and only 3 kilometers from Sumartin and Selca. It is ideal accommodation for 8 (+1) people.
Luxury Villa My Dream spreads over three floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, as well as an air-conditioned wine cellar. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and a study room are also located on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a room for fun and games - TV room, where there is one extra bed. Each room is equipped with double bed and en suite bathroom with a shower and bath and dressing room. Each room has access to a terrace. The terraces are facing south overlooking the sea. Also here is another bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub.
On the second floor there are two more bedrooms. One room with king size bed has an en suite bathroom and large sliding glass doors which takes you to the highest and largest terrace overlooking the sea. The second bedroom has twin beds.
A beutiful part of villa is the Courtyard surrounded by stone walls where you can find a summer kitchen with a fireplace. The central part of the courtyard is occupied by a private swimming pool with counter-current swimming and a Jacuzzi.
Luxury Villa My Dream is fully air conditioned, equipped with WI-FI and three parking spaces for the guests of the villa.
