Bright, sunny interior with openness and high ceilings throughout the entire house. We are pleased to provide you with recent upgrades: painted interior spaces, new carpeting, reconditioned kitchen flooring and new high end appliances. Indoor fireplaces are found in three locations: living room, master bedroom, and family/great room.
Kitchen + Bathrooms Information:
Kitchen: Our kitchen is spacious and conveniently located in proximity to several seating and dining areas, with commercial-grade appliances to satisfy all of your culinary wants. Appliances include a Viking range, Dacor dual convection ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator with ice machine, Miele dishwasher, microwave, De'Longhi espresso/cappuccino machine, wine cooler, Cuisinart food processor, Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart blender, Henkel Knives, and ample overhead storage. Limestone slab countertops, honed marble island, cherry wood custom cabinets, and two sinks round out this gourmet kitchen.

The front of the house boasts a large and inviting porch with comfortable outdoor Teak wood furniture.
Location:
This gorgeous property was built in what is widely considered one of the most valuable locations in the Bay area, with close proximity to the charm and historic downtown Tiburon and San Francisco. Hiking trails accessible across the street up to Ring Mountain and the Tiburon Ridge Trails as well as access to the Cove Shopping Center (1/2 mile walk) which includes a lovely grocery store, bakery, coffee shop, luncheon, flower store, spa, and beauty salon as well as an Italian Restaurant. The Tiburon bike and walking path which runs along the water is 1/2 mile from our home as is Strawberry recreation center with public tennis courts and pools. Muir Woods, Tennessee Valley, Stinson Beach, Mt. Tam (hiking and biking trails) are all within a 10 to 20-minute drive from our home. Napa Valley is a 40-minute drive and beautiful Mendicino county is just 1 hour north.
