The hotel has 2 restaurants & 2 bars , including The Olive resturant offers the traditional Zarb meal setting in our Bedouin tent. Guests can enjoy wine and cheese tastings in The Cellar. Private candle-lit dinners can also be arranged. The spacious rooms at Ma'In Hot Springs are decorated in a contemporary style and include a balcony with views over the mountains or the valley. Some of our suites are overlooking the waterfall and our thermal pool, All feature a 32” flat-screen TV , hairdryer, Working Desk; Safety Deposit Box; mini-bar. The accessible Waterfalls pouring into a pool in which guests can swim including the 65 Degrees waterfall, family & Ladies Waterfalls Opening hours for public are from 9.00 AM until 9.00 PM, opening hours from 6.00 AM until 9.00 is limited to the hotel guests only for more privacy. The hotel’s fully equipped gym includes cardio equipment and weights. Deep sea therapies and Asian treatments are offered at the Spa. Positive: The Hot Springs themselves were great. The water temperature was lovely and being able to dip in the thermal waters in the convenient pool was a bonus! (Though it was often very busy and loud!)
Negative: The service was SHOCKING. From the communication (I messaged and rang multiple times from 3rd (when I booked) - 27th (when we arrived) only to get a reply to my messages on 28th after we were already there … one of the questions was about an airport transfer! The food was BAD - bland, overcooked and expensive The hotel says it is five star - but they couldn’t organise a cake or a fruit platter or a towel folding or a note in our room for a birthday. The only thing they offered was to put balloons in the space for 120 USD - no thanks! EVERYTHING was too much trouble. An extra towel after we’d been in the springs, a new robe because yesterdays was still wet, even getting a new remote for the TV because ours didn’t work (the new remote never came). Having to ask 4 times for our key card to be reprogrammed before it actually worked … up to the room, down to reception, up to the room, down to reception, up to the room, down to reception, up to the room, down to reception, up to the room - had to be let inside by housekeeping!!
