Positive: Fantastic location not far from all the main sites, decent value of money.
Negative: Staff could be more helpful, facilities weren't up to a great standard (kettle looked very old and dirty inside, lifts were not working so it was a struggle with heavy luggage, luckily someone helped us on the way down, but they way up it was difficult).
