As you walk into this home, you are greeted by an open-plan dining and kitchen area. This open-plan is perfect for allowing the entire family to cook, dine, and hang out together. You will love preparing gourmet meals in this kitchen which has upgraded appliances with a gas stove and beautiful countertops. Right beside the kitchen is the dining room table that comfortably seats 8, as well as the bar top seating for 4.
The home has a very private courtyard so you can relax as the family splashes the afternoon away in your own pool. Lie out on one of your 6 sun loungers and catch some Florida sun, or have a fun-filled afternoon with the family playing the poolside games provided. The home has a pool fence with a self-closing door as well as a kid's corner play area. There is also an outdoor pool bathroom for your convenience. The home offers a Sonos sound system inside and out to create the vacation feeling no matter where you are in the house. In the evening, gather around the firepit for conversations as a cozy way to end the day with loved ones.
Cook and relax as you overlook the golf course from the front of the home. Outdoor weber grill with built-in gas and dining table with seating for 8 makes the perfect area for social gatherings.
Have the fun of the theater without leaving your home in the movie room! Enjoy your favorite movie on the 120-inch projector screen while relaxing on the comfy sectional. From here you will have access to the large balcony with more seating and an outdoor foosball table. Across from the lounge, you will find two king bedrooms with SMART TVs and shared bathroom access. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a king bed with his and her closets, SMART TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
On the second floor is an oversized bedroom with a four-poster king bed, 70-inch SMART TV, large closet, and en-suite bathroom with his and her sinks. This room also has balcony access with spectacular golf views, seating for 4, and a foosball table. Across from the corridor, you will find two large magical bedrooms, which will simply blow the kids away! One, is a space-themed room, with a full over full purpose-built bunk bed and a second set of bunk beds as twin over twin. With play cubes, SMART TV, and a PS4, this bedroom creates a truly magical and one-of-a-kind experience that your kids will not be able to stop talking about!
Then across from the corridor, there is a beautiful princess castle custom bedroom with a full over full bunk bed equipped with built-in SMART TVs.
The fun just keeps going at Magical Memories. In the detached annex, on the first floor you will find an amazing arcade room on the first floor. This room features a 2-4 player PAC-MAN Smash Redemption arcade, 52 pucks air hockey game, Super Bikes 2, Dual Twisted Racer, a Basketball Arcade, Deadstorm Pirates arcade, and a multi-arcade game. As you head upstairs you will find a quaint kitchen, perfect for the group staying here to enjoy a snack or morning coffee in private. There is a king bed in one bedroom and Queen beds in the second bedroom, each bedroom having its own SMART TVs and access to an adjoining bathroom.

Summary: We rented the house for a few days for business and pleasure (own a small business and we have an annual retreat and then let the families come at the end). The projector bulb was out and we didn't notice until day-of event with our scheduled speakers. (There was a big TV that assisted)- but again, nothing on the projector being broke. For the kids, the rooms were great! But, of course, they wanted to play all of the games. There were two PS4 consoles, neither worked due to charging stations being inoperable (We had plenty of kids that know how to work these systems, none could get them to work). The game room seems like a hit. Unfortunately, the arcade game didn't work. The game with guns didn't make noise most of the time. The basketball game doesn't keep score and after the first time you play it, the game just keeps making noise like someone is playing it (annoying and must be restarted each time). The motorcycle game seemed to work and the cool PACMAN air hockey game would also require restart every 3-4 games for whatever reason. KIDDOS got tired of all that real quick. We contacted the owner of the property as we left, as a courtesy and never heard back.
