Positive: everything in the room was clean but the shower. as soon as you walk in you could smell the freshness and cleanliness of the room. the fridge was huge along with the dishwasher.
Negative: they didn’t want to honor the price i paid through booking.com they wanted to charge me whatever they charge at the property. i had to call customer service to get it resolved and customer service couldn’t reach the property because they wouldn’t answer the phone.(not to mention i guess calling customer service is an international call and cost me $84 to get this straightened out). so i just finally paid the difference because it wasn’t going to get resolved.
