Maison Bleue is a beautiful character Charentaise farmhouse over 200 years old. It has a living room, kitchen, large hall with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a beautiful heated pool from May to October each year. For bigger groups, up to 10 people, we can also offer in addition, a beautiful brand new gite, La Petite Maison Bleue, subject to availability. See more details below. If using the 2 properties, we will also offer a special rate, please enquire. The grounds are approached via blue iron gates onto a large gravel driveway with ample parking within the grounds. The whole area is fenced and gated making it safe for children to play. Located in the Village of Noize, close to Oiron in Deux Sevres - Nouvelle Aquitaine. This is a beautiful 2-bedroom Gite, which is beautifully furnished and set in gardens with a Shared Heated Swimming Pool. Outside, you will find an abundance of flowers plus a large lawn next to the fabulous heated Swimming Pool with its surround for sunbathing and relaxing. You will only share the grounds and pool if the house on site is occupied - otherwise you will have sole use. If you want to book the Gite but have sole use of property and pool then there is a supplement to guarantee it. The owners do not live on site - please check with me to see if someone is using the House. The heated swimming pool area has lighting for night-time use. A great area to eat 'Al Fresco' on those long summer evenings. There is a BBQ and additional furnished patio area for your use only. All holidaymakers will be greeted on arrival at the Property by our local agent. You will be given 24/7 local emergency telephone numbers. A Welcome Pack on arrival will be provided (if staying for 7 nights or more). Freshly laundered bedding and towels (not beach / pool) are provided. The holiday home is maintained to highest standards. For your Health and Safety the Swimming Pool is cleaned regularly and the grounds maintained regularly. High chairs, stair gates, folding beds and other essential needs (if required).
