Positive: "The owner is very friendly, and the view of the mountains is lovely."

Negative: The apartment was quite cold. The owner stated that they are only allowed to heat it up to 21°C due to Italian law. Although the thermostat showed 21°C, it felt much colder, especially in the living room, which we couldn't use as a result. The internet connection was very poor, and the TV signal was too weak for normal viewing.

Summary: Lovely view, but the apartment felt quite cold.
