Rear deck faces east with stunning golf course views and amazing mountain views. Front decks face west with impressive mountain views. A few stairs lead up to this condo’s front entry door. High ceilings and massive windows offer majestic views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Gas fireplace, washer/dryer in the condo. Huge TV’s located in the living room and both bedrooms. Floor plan of condo can be viewed in the photo section. Quiet community. Great WIFI speeds of 100+ mbps.
Our 2-bedroom (huge bedrooms), 3-bathroom fully remodeled condo features a full kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless-steel appliances, large living area with high ceilings and custom gas fireplace, private decks with amazing views of the golf course and mountains. If you're used to the best of the best, this condo will impress you. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.
LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.
Owner utilizes an exterior front door security camera - faces outside only.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.
4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
