Positive: First I would say that for this price this place is highly above average. I have stayed in the past in more expensive places and they were way worse. The beds were comfortable. We liked the decorations. We also appreciated the welcome cake. There was enough cutlery, glasses and pans so we could prepare some food. We enjoyed a big fridge and air-conditioning. I was really surprised by a good security door. The place then looked a bit like a fortress 😁. I personally liked a washing machine with some detergent on it. We also liked the cooking oil that was there, since it helped us to make some food after arrival. I also liked the location and that we could park our car (for a city fee) right in front of the entrance. Lastly I don't know if the electrical sockets are like this in the whole of Italy, but the good news is, that our European type plugs (Czechia, Slovakia) for phone chargers and laptop chargers with ground worked fine.
Negative: Sometimes we did hit our heads into the slanted ceiling. But that is expected with that kind of design. There was one annoying thing, and that was the combined toilet and the shower. Also the floor in the shower was slippery when wet. I also needed to fix the shower hose, since it unscrewed and was loose.
