Manyung House is a stunning historic home built in 1960's from beautiful bluestone. It has been styled to perfection by our talented Property Mums stylists, we would love to host you at this unique and intriguing home that is full of character and history. The home features a grand main living room, large open fireplace, paved poolside entertaining area. Large fully equipped kitchen. Games room with table tennis and a large pool. Ducted heating throughout. Full linen provided and free wifi.
Whether you are a family group, yoga retreat, friends or corporate group, we think Manyung House will be the perfect getaway destination.
We have four bedrooms with brand new beds with super comfortable mattresses. Plus a study with an extra single bed and desk.
Downstairs layout is:
Master bedroom with large en-suite. King bed and fold out sofa bed (best suited for a child)
Walk through the study which has a single bed and desk, to bedroom two with two single beds. French doors open out from here to the blue stone terrace with a lovely seating area.
The Grand main living area with a lovely large open fireplace.
Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine
Dining table seating ten people.
On the ground level there is a second bathroom with shower.
French doors open out to the pool side entertaining area with large outdoor dining table and sofa seating area. Large BBQ so you can cook up a feast poolside.
The garage area has wood flooring and is used as a games room but could easily become an area for Yoga mats.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms.
Bedroom three with queen bed and single bed (air conditioning)
Bedroom four with queen bed (air conditioning)
There is a family bathroom on this level with seperate toilet and period style claw bath.
We have a very strict no party policy at the house which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm you must move inside with no noise to disturb neighbours.
If you are under the age of 27 years please send an email first before using instant booking, we need to know your age range and the purpose of your stay.
Sorry we don't allow bucks parties or schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones (sorry).
Pets welcome with prior arrangement, they are not allowed on furniture and all traces inside and out need to the be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
