Positive: I booked and paid a twin room as advertised. It is not a twin room. It is a Single room. I did query this and was told it's the cheapest room with one bed as mentioned in room details. This is true, if you go into room details the last comment is "one bed"! I was also told it has a nice chair! I am a solo traveller so no real problem. But why advertise as twin room when it is not!
