"Mariposa" is a spacious and tastefully furnished house in the center of the urbanization Riumar. On about 120m² there are three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms spread. From the terrace you have a direct view and access to its own private pool and the garden with its typical plants and palm trees. The pool area is surrounded by a large lawn, where children can play to their hearts content and can play. Upstairs another bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. Additionally you will find a walk-in closet, another bathroom and a spacious terrace - with a fantastic view of Riumar. On the enclosed property you have next to the garage, which is available for the guests, additional covered storage for two cars. A barbecue and an outdoor shower round out the picture. The guarded beach of Riumar can be reached on foot in about five minutes.

Fully equipped small inventory, fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. All television and radio programs they received through a satellite system.
