"matt5" is a quiet 35sqm apartment on the 2nd floor with lift of a modern building. Suitable for couples, singles and business travelers, equipped with every comfort to make your experience in Trieste better.
The apartment has been completely renovated and finely furnished. It consists of: an entrance with a small closet, a kitchen with fridge / freezer, microwave, moka pot, kettle, coffee machine and all that can be used for cooking and for the table. A living / sleeping area with double bed (mattress width 160, length 190 h. 24), desk area, TV, wardrobe and a good blackout that will allow you to sleep away from the outside light. A spacious bathroom with shower and a small terrace.
Sheets, towels, hair dryers and personal hygiene products are provided.
It is equipped with central heating and "wind free" air conditioning with heat pump in order to offer the right temperature in every season.
Free internet connection (free wi-fi).
It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment but smoking guests can use the terrace.
By law all guests must provide a valid document and from June 1, 2018 the tourist tax of € 2 per person per night will come into force and will be requested at check-in.
Just outside the historic center (easily reachable on foot in 10/15 minutes or by bus in 5 minutes), the neighborhood is very lively! A few steps away you will find a supermarket also open on Sunday mornings, a bakery, bar, buffet, gastronomy, pizzerias, pharmacy, shops and the Bobbio (La contrada) and Slovenian theaters.
A stone's throw from the apartment there are stops for numerous bus lines that take you to the central station, to various areas of the city center, and to Muggia.
Lines 20, 21 and 23 for the train and bus stations, lines 5 and 19 for the historic center.
On foot you can reach Borgo Teresiano in 10 minutes, Piazza Unità d’Italia and the Verdi theater in 15 min The Rossetti theater in 15 min. and the Castle of San Giusto in 15 min. While the Nereo Rocco stadium and the Allianz Dome can be reached by bus (lines 20 and 21) in 10 minutes.
In the streets surrounding the house there are numerous free parking spaces (not paid or with a parking disc).
We will take care of occupying a place as close as possible where you can put your car.
There is also the possibility of paid covered parking (€ 15 / day) 5 minutes from the apartment.
