Welcome to Mazet, approximately 74 sqm, featuring a 25sqm terrace and a 600 sqm garden with a private pool. Situated within a secure residential development on one of the hills of Domaine de Valcros, composed of small houses, mostly semi-detached. The entire area is adorned with trees and flowers, featuring small squares and staircases resembling a village with numerous pedestrian paths winding through a Mediterranean garden. A communal pool is available during the season, and two private tennis courts are available throughout the year. Additionally, various petanque courts and a play area with a ping-pong table are present in the estate for communal use.
The house has been designed to ensure complete privacy. A well-exposed terrace opens onto the green hills surrounding. It is an ideal place to stay and explore the wonders of the region. Enjoy peace and relaxation just 7 km away from the first sandy beaches. It's also a privileged retreat for golf enthusiasts, located on the edge of the Valcros Golf Course (18 holes).
