This Mediterranean style accomodation is located right on the pine-covered slopes of the bay of Cala Llamp in Mallorca, offering a fantastically beautiful sea view to the southwest.
The Mediterranean accomodation with high comfort features a light-filled living / dining area, two bedrooms and a spacious private terrace with stairs to the shared pool area. The additional exterior with dining is predestined for a dissolute dining experience overlooking the sea - sunset inclusive.
The accomodation is built in terrace-style construction directly into the steep hillside. This includes a large outdoor area, including terrace and garden, where you can enjoy the sun, dream and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
Embedded in our small, privately-run complex with a total of only three units we offer upscale amenities.
Please note that due to the exposed location on the steep slope, stairs are required. The sometimes quite steep natural stone stairs are mostly equipped with a handrail. Although we have a lift that takes most of the steep stairs up, there are still stairs to climb. Our facility is therefore not handicapped accessible. If you have restricted mobility, we advise against booking our apartments.

Summary: Due to steep stairs and rugged area, people who have mobility challenges should not book this property. We were also bombarded with ants on the second night. Called the property manager for help with washer who informed us he didn’t know, call back the next business day to talk to the housekeeper. Directions for locating the property were unclear and in German, I speak English!!
