Summary: Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there were definitely some areas that could be improved. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable, and the beds were perfectly fine. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay – everyone we met was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. There was not much variety, and quite a lot of the food was dry and overcooked. Some dishes also seemed to have been sitting out for quite a long time, which affected both the taste and the overall quality. We expected a better standard and more variation from the buffet. Overall, the hotel itself was nice and the excellent staff made a very positive impression, but the food was clearly the weakest part of our stay. With some improvements to the quality and variety of the food, this could be a very good hotel.
