The staff was attentive and courteous, and most spoke both French and English, which made communication smooth. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and amenities such as a minibar, safe, and a large desk. The bathrooms are modern and clean, with good water pressure and hot water available at all times. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property, including in the rooms, which was important for my work. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of fresh fruit, breads, pastries, and hot items — a nice mix of local and international options. One of the highlights was the pool and spa area, which provided a great space to relax after a long day. There’s also a fitness center and an on-site restaurant with refined dining options. A minor downside is that the hotel is a bit outside the city center, but taxis are available and the area is quiet and secure.
