Positive: Unbelievable friendly staff and a beautiful hotel. We got free upgrades for a bigger room with the biggest bath tub we ever had in a hotel. Good breakfast with a lot of options and nice cocktails in the afternoon (they had a 2for1 „happy hour“). A little further from the city center, but no problem using Grab cars or bikes.
