Luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium featuring unique retro/mid-century modern decor. Located in Colbert hills at Grande Mere within walking distance of Colbert Hills club house and Golf Course. Minutes away from KSU, NBAF and downtown Manhattan, we are only 12 miles from Ft. Riley. We offer a private pool (seasonal), fitness center, covered parking, secured entry and elevators to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This rental comes with a smart tv loaded with streaming apps, cable, as well as a Bluetooth soundbar with sub-woofer. Don't worry if you forget your charger we have multiple styles available. We have tried to anticipate our guests every need during their stay with us.
There will be a deposit of $250.00 put on hold for any damages or theft. You will not be charged unless something is damaged, broken or stolen. We do understand accidents happen, please let us know.
Guest will be responsible for a cleaning fee of $110 which would be applied after your stay.
As much as we love our furry family members there is no pets allowed.
