Positive: There was a bit of a weight, but once I rang the guy he told me where the keys were and his instructions were good so okay

Negative: I didn't realise that ringing the doorbell wouldn't have opened the front door. I think I was expecting the little house someone living in it and it wasn't like that probably my fault. I should've read the whole description.
