Tastefully furnished 4 bed 2 bath bungalow is a luxurious hidden gem in a quiet residential area in the heart of Windsor.
Property is less then a 5 minute drive from Downtown Windsor, USA Border, and the University of Windsor. There are a wide variety of local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, making this a perfect home for working professionals and families.
This brand new open concept bungalow has undergone a complete designer makeover from head to toe; filled with brand new updates, modern appliances and a designer’s touch. Enjoy a relaxing evening in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. You'll surely feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door.
Four bedrooms are complete with Queen sized beds, all with brand new linens, new memory foam mattresses and room darkening shades. The downstairs sofa bed is complete with brand new linens, pillows and a duvet.
This home can accommodate up to 8 to 9 guests. There are 4 bedrooms (sleep 2 each), and the sofa bed sleeps 1. 2 bedrooms located in the basement via stairs.
*If you require additional linens to use the convertible couch please let us know when making your reservation. We will set aside the folded linens on the couch for you to set up when needed.

Summary: We stayed here for a swim meet at the Windsor Aquatic Club. Two Mom’s and our two teens. We received the check in details at noon on the day of arrival, it is street parking on the front and at the back their is a driveway you could park 2 cars and walk to the back door. The outside grounds are a bit unkept but I’m sure that it is nice out now that will be cleaned up.Inside the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook or bring in food. They have a water filter & had filled the ice trays. Two main floor bedrooms are quite spacious with very comfortable memory foam beds. Main floor bathroom has a tub/shower and is clean.The basement stairs are narrow and steep. The ceiling is low in the basement and can be problematic. The two rooms in the basement are a decent size and have queen memory foam beds. Bathroom on this floor has a shower and the bathroom is on the small size. Each floor has a sofa sectional and tv making. This was our first time trying a house rental for a swim meet and I wish I had done it sooner vs a hotel. This house was a 15 minute walk to the pool, and our kids were able to drive themselves to morning sessions. Highly recommend.
