Modern completely renovated three-room apartment with private garden and terrace, 2 bedrooms, modern bathroom with "walk-in" shower. Modern and well equipped kitchen, living room with sofa-bed, dining area. TV (Sat), Wifi, AC. The price includes a welcome breakfast. Secure parking upon request inside of the private property which is secured by an automated gate for 10eur per day.
I live in the same building so am available 24 hours, in case of emergency!
The proximity to station San Pietro is very convenient for the connection to and from the airport and Termini station. We have, however to inform you that the train passes close by and you might hear it from the apartment! Tourist tax to the City Council of Rome of 3.50 EUR per guest per night, to be paid during the Airbnb booking process.
